This policy applies to the public Skris website and communications initiated through it. For these activities, Skris determines why and how personal data is processed and acts as the data controller.

Customer-deployed Skris environments are operated under separate agreements and instructions. Data processed inside those environments is not governed by this website policy.

When you use the contact form, we receive the work email, organization, role, primary AI workflow or concern, and any optional detail you submit. We also receive information you send directly by email or during a requested conversation.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may generate limited technical records such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security events. The site also stores your theme and cookie preferences on your device.

If optional analytics is configured and you consent, analytics may collect information about page visits and site usage. Optional analytics does not load before consent.
